The purpose of the Company is to acquire holdings, in any form whatsoever, in companies in Luxembourg or abroad and any other form of investments, the acquisition by purchase, subscription or in any other manner as well as the disposal by sale, exchange or any other form of securities of all kinds and the management, control and value maximisation of these holdings. The Company may also guarantee, grant loans and otherwise assist companies in which it holds a direct or indirect holding of companies that are part of the same group of companies as the Company. The Company may also act as director or administrator, with limited or unlimited liability for all debts and commitments of limited of partnerships or all other similar company structures. The Company may carry out any business of a commercial, industrial or financial nature considered useful to achieve its purposes. The Company may also provide any kind of international services and/or support to any group companies.
